Delicious hard candy with real Japanese organic matcha powder mixed in! The candies are then dusted with even more matcha powder on the outside!
 
By using generous amounts of organic Japanese matcha both mixed into the candy as well as dusting the outside, we have created an authentic matcha candy that we are proud of! The heat of the candy when the matcha is mixed in seems to help bloom the powder and lock in the flavor. I personally don't like super sweet things so the slight bitterness of matcha pairs extremely well with the sweetness to balance it out and provide a very smooth and mellow taste.
