We grow lavender! This is from our line of lavender products that we make here on the farm. 
 
In addition to lavender essential oil, this lip balm is made with beeswax, coconut oil, mango butter, safflower oil, castor oil, tea seed oil, and vitamin e. The formula is extremely nourishing and goes on smooth!
 
Another unique thing thats sets some of our hand-made products apart from others is that we often incorporate natural ingredients from tea plants (camelia sinensis). Our lavender balm contains tea seed oil which has many beneficial properties for lip-care:
 
Moisturization
Rich in oleic acid, a monounsaturated fat that can deeply hydrate and nourish, making it ideal for preventing dryness and chapping.
Nourishment
Vitamins A, B, D, and E, which can help repair damaged skin, promote healthy cell turnover, and maintain soft lips.

High in antioxidants, particularly polyphenols and catechins, which can combat free radical damage.

Tea seed oil can help form a protective barrier on the lips, shielding them from environmental damage like cold weather, dry wind, and UV rays (not a sunscreen replacement).
