This is an experimental tea to try to make a fusion between classic English style earl gray and South American yerba mate. Yerba mate flavored with bergamot is the starting point, but the flavor was a bit bland so rose petals, elder flower, and lavender was added. The end result is a very bright blend with strong floral notes.
This blend is best enjoyed with cream and sugar/honey!
